DEFINITIONS

“Information” means, collectively, “ Personal Information” (information about an identifiable User as further defined in Applicable Law). It is always your choice whether or not to provide personal information, but if you choose not to provide certain requested PI, in some cases you may not be able to register to use the Website or be able to access and use the Website at all. We may collect PI concerning the Website through registration processes, communications with you, information downloads, service purchases, user support, and surveys. You can also register to join by logging into online account you may have with third party service providers (“ TPA”) for example, Facebook, Google, Chatgpt); each such account, a “Third Party Account,” via our Website as described below. As part of the functionality of the Website and Services, you may link our webiste with Third Party Account by allowing BLS Consulting to access your Third-Party Account, as is permitted under applicable terms and conditions that govern your use of each Third Party Account. You represent that you are entitled to grant BLS Consulting access to your Third Party Account (including, but not limited to, for use for the purposes described herein), without breach by you of any of the terms and conditions that govern your use of the applicable Third Party Account and without obligating BLS Consulting to pay any fees or making BLS Consulting subject to any usage limitations imposed by the applicable TPA. If you decide to register by allowing us to access your Third Party Account via our Website, we will obtain the PI you provided to the applicable TPA (such as you name, email address, profile picture, and/or other information you authorize BLS Consulting to access by authorizing the TPA to provide such information) from your Third Party Accounts and use that information provide on our website page. Depending on the Third Party Accounts you choose and subject to privacy settings that you have set in such Third Party Accounts, you understand that by granting us access to the Third Party Accounts, we will access, make available and store (if applicable and as permitted by the TPA and authorized by you) the information in your Third Party Accounts so that it is available on and through BLS Consulting Website and Services. If there is information about your “friends” or people with whom you are associated in your Third-Party Account, the information we obtain about those “friends” or people with whom you are associated may also depend on the privacy settings such people have with the applicable TPA. “Non-Personal Information” (NPI) is information of an anonymous nature, such as an Internet Protol Address (IP Address), the domain used to access the Website, and the type and version of browser or operating system being used by visitors to the website. Aggregate information, such as demographic statistics of our users (for example, average age or geographical allocation of our users), number of visitors, what pages users access or visit, and average time spent on the Website, is not considered Personal Information. This information may be used in conjunction with PI in order to provide our Services, such as when we use your IP address to establish your approximate location and give distance estimates.
